Services

Southern Property Media LLC provides real estate photography, videography, aerial/drone services, and related media production.

Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once scheduled and agreed upon 
• Payment is due [before delivery / upon receipt / within X days] (choose your preference) 
• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or additional fees 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee 
• Weather-related rescheduling (especially drone shoots) will be accommodated 

Property Readiness

• The property must be clean, staged, and photo-ready before arrival 
• The photographer is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving items 
• Additional fees may apply for excessive delays 

Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery: 24–48 hours (adjust as needed) 
• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee 

Limitation of Liability

Southern Property Media LLC is not liable for:

• Missed shots due to property condition 
• Weather limitations 
• Technical issues beyond reasonable control

Agreement Between

Southern Property Media LLC (“Company”)
and
Client ("Agent/Broker/Homeowner")

Scope of Work

The Company agrees to provide agreed-upon media services including:

• Photography 
• Video 
• Drone/Aerial (if permitted) 

Client Responsibilities

• Ensure property access at scheduled time 
• Secure pets 
• Remove personal or sensitive items 
• Obtain necessary permissions (HOA, property owner, etc.) 

Access & Safety

The Company reserves the right to leave or reschedule if:

• Property conditions are unsafe 
• Access is not available 

Delivery

Final media will be delivered digitally via download link.

Usage

Media is licensed—not sold (see Licensing Agreement below).

Ownership

All photos and media remain the intellectual property of Southern Property Media LLC.

License Grant

The client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media for:

• Marketing the specific property listing 
• MLS listings 
• Social media promotion 

Restrictions

The client may NOT:

• Sell or transfer images to third parties (builders, stagers, other agents) 
• Use images for future listings without permission 
• Alter images beyond basic cropping without approval 

Listing Expiration

• License expires when the property is sold or listing is removed 
• Reuse requires a new license 

Portfolio Use

Southern Property Media LLC reserves the right to use all media for:

• Portfolio 
• Website 
• Social media 
• Marketing materials 

Drone / Aerial Disclaimer (Highly Recommended)

• All drone operations are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations 
• Flights are subject to: 
  • Weather conditions 
  • Airspace restrictions 
  • Safety considerations 
• Not all properties qualify for drone coverage 

Travel Fees

• Travel beyond 30 miles may incur additional charges 

Twilight / Special Requests

• Twilight shoots, reshoots, and special editing maybe billed separately
